Over ten years ago, I was writing Beyblade reviews and articles for Beywiki.Įventually, I transitioned to establishing the WBO Tournament Reports forum on in order to encourage Organizers and players alike to share their experiences at WBO Beyblade tournaments and hopefully inspire others to host their own tournaments. On this day in 2019, I launched this blog with the publication of my Imperial Dragon review, interview with JoJo, and analysis of WBBA 3on3 Battle Format versus WBO Deck Format.īut before I get into answering some of the questions I received from my newsletter subscribers, I wanted to take some time to reflect on how BeyBase came into being and why I believe it is important: From Beywiki to BeyBaseįor a long time, I was hesitant to take a step into the unknown and start this blog.īuilding a space of my own and putting myself out there was a scary prospect, despite my confidence and experience as it relates to competitive Beyblade.īut in retrospect, it seems as if much of what I’ve done in the Beyblade community led me to this point.

This is the first instance in the Burst series in which two episodes are aired together on the same day in Japan. Hyuga and Hikaru challenge Valt to a battle but both end up losing. After Hyuga and Hikaru witness Valt, Rantaro, and Silas' Superking Beys, they decide to make their own Superking Beys: Super Hyperion and King Helios. Valt's Brave Valtryek, Rantaro's Glide Roktavor, and Silas' Curse Satomb are revealed. The main protagonists of Surge, Hikaru Asahi and Hyuga Asahi are introduced. no plan at all!? Meanwhile, after calmly analyzing the battle, Hikaru declares that he has a way to capture Valkyrie with Helios' "special feature"!! Hyuga's strategy against the Attack-Type Valkyrie is. In front of the legends Rantaro and Silas and with their friends in the Bombers Bey Club watching over them, the brothers get one battle each with the Blader they look up to, Valt. The two throw down their written challenge to Valt, with their two Sparking Beys in hand!Įpisode 2: Hyuga and Hikaru, who have made Super Hyperion and King Helios by themselves, quickly choose to challenge Valt. They are Hikaru and Hyuga Asahi, two Bladers from the local Bey Club, the "Bombers". Valt hosts a "Superking Bey" legendary battle match with Rantaro Kiyama and Silas Karlisle! In that match, two brothers watch on with burning passion in their eyes. Episode 1: "A Beyblade revolution will happen!" These are the words spoken by the strongest Legendary Blader, Valt Aoi.
